Hessische Landleberwurst Is hard to pronounce but great to eat.
My parents and grandparents passed on their love of liverwurst and Braunschweiger. So I've eaten many, but the Hessische landleberwurst is easily the best I've ever tasted. Smokey and creamy, it would be perfect for a charcuturie platter tasting like a fine liver pate. This is one of America's finest sausages.
